Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary for each country. Please be aware Club Martyn will not be held responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed on your order will rest with the customer and not be reimbursed.
Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country.
For orders that are refused at customs, should duties and taxes be unpaid, Club Martyn reserves the right to deduct the return to sender costs incurred when processing the refund.
All orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information for your parcel. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
We happily accept returns for items within 7 days of your order being received. We can provide either a credit note, exchange or refund on returned items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all labels attached. Due to the importance of hygiene, we cannot accept returns if the product has been removed from original packaging and tried on.
Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event with a discount code, or automatically applied discount, are not eligible for a refund and are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
The item/s being returned must be unworn and accompanied by original packaging, including the Club Martyn label.
Credit Note
A credit note will be sent with your return confirmation email and will be available for immediate use.
Credit notes will be valid for six months from the date of issue.
Exchange
An exchange will be processed as a new order to the same address as your original order with no additional shipping charges. If your new order is of higher value our team will be in touch for payment of the balance, if of lower value you will be issued a store credit.
Due to the importance of hygiene, we cannot exchange the product if the socks have been removed from original packaging and tried on. The item/s being exchanged must be unworn and accompanied by original packaging, including the Club Martyn label.
Refund
A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please be mindful it may take several business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Please note, items marked on sale or items discounted through a promotional event cannot be returned for a refund. Orders of this nature are eligible for a credit note or exchange.
To make a return, please get in touch at sales@clubmartyn.com. Postage costs for returning unsuitable item/s are the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage you to return your items via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. Club Martyn is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your return and details of your credit note, exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or an item you believe is not as described or appears online, please get in touch at sales@clubmartyn.com, so we can promptly find a solution.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to size, style, or delivery information. You will need to get in touch at sales@clubmartyn.com to cancel the order or place a new order.
